Interactive Learning Ltd, a subsidiary of Dixons City Academy, is a multimedia production company whose services include video production, animation, e-learning content development, 3d visualisations, web design and graphic design.
The company was established in January 2001 with the brief of designing, developing and producing a multimedia resource for the new Applied GCSEs..
Originally operating out of a small office nestled within the College's Music Department with only two members of staff, Interactive Learning quickly doubled in size, adding a wider range of diverse skills in the form of 3D animation and video production as vital components of cutting edge learning resources. At every available opportunity the company has sought to extend and diversify team skills to enable production and sales enhancement.
In August 2004 the company moved into its own building, growing to ten full time members of staff, each versed in a wide variety of disciplines and specialisms enabling both clients and students to take advantage of the latest interactive sound and vision technology.
