What is ICT Interactive?

ICT Interactive is a new and innovative resource designed to bring to life ICT for GCSE, DIDA, and Btec. Split into 6 distinct modules the resource utilise widescreen video, computer generated 3D characters, interactive exercises, sound and animation to effectively deliver the curriculum materials.
Each module also features a comprehensive 'end-of-module' examination based on 'past paper' questions. The first four modules of this package were exhibited at the BETT show 2007.
Computers
Covers basic information systems, hardware, software and evaluation of computer systems.
Presenting Information
Covers word processing, desk top publishing and covers how to improve and evaluate your presented work.
Data Handling
Encompasses flat file and relational databases, data capture, questionnaires and validation.
System Life Cycle
Includes the system life cycle, standard ways of working, sample projects and practical help for student coursework.
Modelling and Simulation
Looks at spreadsheets, sensors, computer models and simulations.
Graphics and Multimedia
Focuses on presentation software, common features of graphics packages, bitmaps and vector graphics.
